The owners of apartments and bungalows in Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria must mobilize because the Transitional Provision of the Land Law, which will come into force in July, affects them even more than those in Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés.

It is very important to do what some Puerto Rico Complex is already doing before July 1st.
