Who are we?

This platform was born as a result of a social alarm that was created some time ago because of the imminent approval of PGO, that puts in danger thousand of properties situated in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

Using social networks, our platform managed to connect hundreds of the affected. They decided to organize and create this association for those afraid to lose their rights.

No to the Plan!

Is the slogan that we use in all of the actions of our platform because is this first Plan de Ordenación de San Bartolomé de Tirajana that threatens the properties of those affected, introducing important changes in the use allowed till now.

The PGO also offers a framwork of action to other laws, plans and decreets without precedences, allowing to impose huge fines that can be between 30.000 and 300.000 euros to those living in that houses in affected zones.

Thousand of pleas

Our first objective has been a total success: thousands of pleas/allegations against the PGO have been presented in the different administrations involved.

The platform has managed to link hundreds of complexes, offering direct information to those affected about the problems and facilitating with clear instructions of how to present the pleas through free specific website.
